Heat Press Instructions

• Temperature: 350°F (177°C)
• Time: 15–20 seconds
• Pressure: Medium

1. Preheat your heat press to 350°F.
2. Position the studs on your garment with the adhesive side facing down.
3. Cover with a protective sheet.
4. Press for 15–20 seconds using medium pressure.
5. Allow the garment to cool and check adhesion before wearing or washing.

Note: These are suggested application settings. Always test on your specific fabric and confirm adhesion before full production.
